Hi,

You need to go to your inventory open the outfit chest that you have bought then go to your clothing and there you will be able to unlock and wear the outfit.

After you open your chest go to your clothing tab and click that outfit there you will notice that around the border of that outfit its blinking. Once you click it, it will be activated.

You need pick the right gender for your character, choose the one for male and you can buy them as the one your choosing is female.
