Made wrong purchase of Evo

I purchased a second Rei Evo by mistake as I already have Rei evolved. Could I please exchange the Rei Evo for a Pamela Evo? I am attaching screen shots of the Rei Evo, my evolved Rei, and Pamela not evolved.

I am on server S1 Angelic Rise and my IGN is Rozlynn. I would really appreciate your help with this!
