I did single recharge 400 topaz, but I`ve got no temporary Diamonds!

Char : Sara Server 43 Cobalt sea

I would post a fullscreenshot, but´s to big for the Server.

If you mean this event



the event requires you to have a single recharge of 200-399 as you have mentioned above you did a single recharge of 400 thus it does not qualify you to claim from this event.

Yes, I mean this. But I can only recharge 80, 400, 800, 2000 and so on. So I have no chance to get this . Sorry, but this is not ok, because I have to recharge it in one times
