higher damage cap in guild boss

we need the damage cap raised on guild boss as players who are over 150M br are hitting the damage cap quite fast and are sidelined and not able to help out in the battle. a member of my guild hit the cap after 4 attacks on 4 bosses. 105M damage is far too low. I am one of the strongest in my small guild in S52 and i hit the cap right after the bone dragon and the rest of my guild who is trailing behind me in br struggle with the bosses. please raise the damage cap to the point where it is helpful for everyone.
