Last four recharges have been delayed for as long as a day. Are others having this problem and what is the fix?

hello there Moderator, can i suggest that can you change the limit of recharge for mobile number like SMART cause it is the only way we can recharge here. we cant recharge anymore if it is limited. we cant afford the other events like the hero shard.we already use so many smart or globe numbers its all limited. For me as player that is the only way to recharge. thank you very much.
