r2 client will not load

r2 client will not load past downloading updates then it says updates failed if i cant get this to work before end of december when flash player is gone i wont be able to play my games. i will not spend anymore money if i am unable to run client. can you tell me how to fix this. see attached pic.

p.s. i have cleaned computer and unistalled and reinstall to no avail.

hello , sorry to hear this please go to the R2Games folder on your computer and click uninstall application, Then you need to go and download client again hope this helps you.

i use windows 10 and where are the new updates??? it does not even try to load i just click on client and it says checking for updates then immediately says updates failed. i attached another picture of what happens when i try to run in client.

it worked fine yesterday now i get the same message i will uninstall again and try to play today

the glitch is stil there i can log in eventually but i have to uninstall and reinstall daily sometimes several times may need to let the IT people know about it.thanks

well i downloaded the new update now i cant get in at all still says same thing see screen shot. i have tried 20 times and unistalled and reinstalled 5 times still cant get it to get past the update screen. i play two different games i have spent over 30.00 just this week please help me fix this

Just click Cancel on the client pop up to continue using a browser for now.

well it is still not fixed and i think after tomorrow i will not be able to use browser so i will have to stop playing unless someone can help me.
