Navigate to the R2Games - HCIInstall folder. Click to run Uninstall.exe. This will completely uninstall the client. Then, download the client again from the homepage.

That means you had the old version of the client before, as the feature is not functional on the new version as of yet. I will send you a forum pm with a link to the old version.
