Click "Territory" in the bottom left corner. Then select "Bonus Bringer". Finally, select "Code" in the bottom right corner.

Most of the games have a code page where R2 provides a little guide to finding where the code redemption area is hidden. You can view that, and get another code, here: https://loah5.r2games.com/code/
