bug en recompensa - dont send reward on event Aurora Skin

juego: League of Angels Pact.
Servidor: S77
Personaje: Harry
caso: cumplí los requisitos de un evento para conseguir la "Skin de Aurora" se supone que los objetos debajo tambien se entregan, no? a mi me dio la Skin, pero no los objetos, sera algun bug? el tiempo del evento aun no termina, pero no me deja recogerlos premios adicionales...

It says on your screenshot that rewards will be sent by mail. If you did not get the rewards by mail, and should have gotten them, please contact support at https://www.r2games.com/support
