Bullying of little players

Fed up of the same player dictating that little players cant hit the cross server to get the mail reward at the end , they don't take the chests so why cant they hit the boss and wait for the reward , they don't have lots of gold to spare and die fast so why not let them hit the boss once and wait until the end for the mail reward ? This bullying has to stop !!
