Event ranks not updating

Hi, can you have someone look at ranking for subgoals event and valentines even. They have not updated for a while. Subgoal at least for 2+ days and valentine event that started today has not updated ranks for about 6-7 hours or so.

I gave out 72 gifts and not even ranked as of Today the Last Day!!!!!!!!......i should be 2nd! Vaprrak S1 now on H2.

Should be 3rd in charm as well but not even ranked!!!!!
