No this game does not use flash player. Could you please provide a screenshot and tell me what server you selected?

Hello Hachiro, I am on S27. Here are 2 Lightshot *.png.1st is load bar 2nd is blank screen showing top bar w/ server listed. I use Brave browser if that makes any difference.
