Chocolates are Flowers??

I just noticed in the description of the chocolates it says............blah blah blah...."each flower gives the sender" blah blah blah.....so Chocos are flowers? I wonder if this has been giving out less Charm pts and for how long?

The Cupid Tidings Event when you hover over does say the same thing for each even though rewards are diff. They both do have "flower" as the description hmmm but no mention of Chocolate in that header?
