I used to be able to private message chat someone from my Nation, but recently have not been able to. The player can send me private messages and I receive them, but when I send them private messages it does not show up on the chat box and they never receive it. Anyone know of a solution to fix this or what may be causing the problem? Thanks.

Is it just the one person you're having an issue communicating with? Are you able to speak everywhere else with no issue?

Thanks for the reply and yes in this instance it is just one person. i am able to receive from that person but not able to send. As for the others I am able to private message chat and receive as well. To describe in more detail, when I get a private message from the person and I type my private message back, my private message will show on the bottom chat box where I typed but when I hit send the message does not appear on the chat box above that shows the chat history / messages and they never receive it. Also, on a side note, is there a way to delete contacts from your Contact List? Thanks.

That is very strange. You'll need to send in a ticket, include a screenshot that shows you typed in the box, and one that shows it not being there after you send it. Also include your friend's name. Ask them to check it out. They may need to hop on and test it, so also include a time range and your time zone for when you're not normally online if they need to check.

I tried playing around with the contact and block lists, but there were no people in chat at the time I was there, so I can't answer any questions about how the contact list works without being able to see contacts in the list.

I have sent a previous ticket regarding an issue to support but all I get are the standard "we have received your ticket and will look into it" response, but then never hear back, At this point I don't know what is causing that issue. I have tried clearing my cache and using multiple browsers, but the problem still occurs.
Is there a way to delete a contact from your list? I was asking because I was thinking that if I delete the person from my contact list and then add the person back maybe it will fix the problem? Thanks.

Thanks for the help. The issue I mentioned was for a different one. I haven't contacted support regarding this game chat issue and will follow what you suggested in your post above and send them a ticket if that is the best way to fix it. Thanks.

There doesn't seem to be a way to remove people from the contact list. Support is suggesting adding the player to your blacklist, then remove them from your blacklist and add them as a contact again. If that gives you trouble at any step of the way, they've asked that you send in a ticket for assistance.

You can always ask for help with tickets if they aren't being resolved, I would just need your character name and server number.
