How to end a dispatch in command center ... ?? i cant joint event World Lord every day because this dispatch s*ck !!! Please Help me !!!

Go to command center, select the troops and End Dispatch to cancel Command Center troops

Make sure you're also not blacked from your capitol..........if so you'll have to kill off your troops!
