47 minutes into the battle and we are getting messages of other servers taking our citys, but we are unable to join. Flogel H8 Mystery Isles

Same here on H11. We can see reports in chat box but have no way to get to Paragon. This is the 2nd straight time we have been shut out. Pretty boring when we cannot do anything because the surrounding nations are protected and we can't even do npcs. Plus we are losing all of the rewards and benefits after qualifying first on VIP server for Paragon. We were never compensated for being excluded from Paragon last time either and there is no Chinese New Year to use as an excuse this time, R2

my Vizier has somehow managed to form some communications with the mods, have asked her to also tell them of your situation. That is 2 of the teams that should be in VIP that are not able to participate.

so r2 games has replied and said that this has never happened before and we must provide a screenshot

OK, here is a screenshot. Note there we are not in Paragon but we see the cities being taken in the chat and the merit rankings with the timer but we are still in 4th age on a server where we can do nothing as everything is protected, including npcs.

I have called ******** on the developers reply that they have not encountered this situation before - they asked for a screenshot - sent them one and very firmly demanded to be put in clash and that we receive substantial compensation for losses - not just 50 gems and a few build/research speedups.

Oh it has happened before and they did nothing - saying no one was available because of the Chinese New Year. We did not get any compensation and I doubt we will ever get any this time either. They simply do not care - just pony up the $$$ and don't bother them with trivial things like not being able to participate in Paragon.
Our server was qualified 1st for the VIP server last time and this time - and we have been shut out both times. So I do not think R2 can claim this has never happened before because it most emphatically has.

last time we faced NOEL in paragon he could not take our crystal, then the next time we cannot even enter, like you say this is no coincidence.
