Missing Title and Buffs

My character is Lord of Oshan City but somehow after the various recent maintenance the Title and all associated Buffs are suddenly missing. See image below. Any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I recommend sending in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support so the issue can be forwarded to the devs to look into.

Thanks for the response. I will do that but when I have had issues in the past and I have sent tickets to that address nothing seems to happen. Sorry to be pessimistic but the only times I have had help and any resolution was when you or Hachiro let the devs know about the issue through this forum. I will send the ticket and hopefully they respond back. Thanks again for your help and time.
Are there any other players who are currently experiencing this issue or had this happen to them previously? Please let me know and if so, how you were able to resolve the issue. Thanks to all and much appreciated!

I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue, which is why I've recommended sending in a ticket. If you need additional help once your ticket has been responded to, you can ask for that and we can help push the issue for you.

Hi MemoryLane,
I saw the same issue as well on my other character in another server so I went ahead and submitted individual tickets for each character per your recommendation. Thank you for your help and hopefully I will hear back from support and the devs so that they can fix the problem.
