Title says most of it. I changed passwords and now I cannot log in to my game. I am (was) Vizier of my nation. I missed Paragon and may lose being reelected because of the lack of merit points that result from not being allowed to play. I've sent in a report, received a response, sent in the info they requested and now I am waiting for them to solve the problem.

If you've double checked that you're selecting the correct server and are still on the same account you were previously, then all I can tell you is to wait for a reply to your ticket.
