URGENT: FB Login Issue

I'm posting for a fellow player who logs in via Facebook. Please see screenshot below. He has been trying all day and this is all he is getting so far.

Any help at this point is much appreciated.

Not much help can be offered at this point. R2 is aware of the issue affecting some people, but as of this moment, no one knows why. Hopefully some digging will get it sorted out. Some people were able to get around it by resetting Chrome to default, and logging into Facebook first, but this has not worked for everyone. In the meantime, if waiting it out isn't an option, affected players can send in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support using any account they do have access to, and including as much information about the account they can remember, including games, servers, and characters played on the account, and a screenshot of a recent receipt if they've recharged, with a request to unbind the Facebook account so they can log in using an email address and password.
