Nation Command

One of our players left his troops on our Nation Command. He has not been online for over a month. Yesterday all but one of his troops disappeared. Is there a cap for the Nation Command or is it a bug? If you know, please advise. Thanks.

Hi MemoryLane - thanks for the response. The player in question is S66 Hokuspokus from H11 Land of Chill originally anyways. Now on H36 Chiji Mountains. Sorry question is vague but this is a situation where screenshots wouldn't help as there is nothing to show; his troops are MIA. Appreciate your help; thanks.

Hi Memorylane
Hokuspokus's troops are back but only 2 are on the Nation Command; all 16 of his troops should be on it. Also his alts are still MIA. His alts are S42 Fairy and S110 Hokus. Could you please see if these can be restored too? Not sure why they have been removed from the Nation Command like this in the first place but I do thank you for your help in this matter.

I'm confused by your claim of the troops being back, but also still missing. Can you clarify that for me?

Are the only other names I'm forwarding Fairy and Hokus?

Sorry if it's confusing, MemoryLane. It is the same for me. lol What I meant by his troops being back is, they are in a city now whereas before, there was only 1, there are now 16 - his usual number of troops. However of those 16, only 2 are on the Nation Command. Which means only those 2 can be used. As for S42 Fairy and S110 Hokus, yes, those are two of his alts. They ordinarily have 16 troops each but right now, there is only 1 troop for Hokus; none for Fairy. Until afew days ago, all 3 were on the Nation Command but somehow Fairy completely disappeared and only 3 out of 32 of Hokuspokus' and Hokus' troops are still on the Nation Command. No idea what happened to them or why they disappeared, leaving just 3 troops behind. Hokuspokus has not logged in for over a month for reasons unknown. He left his troops in our care and we are just trying to find out what happened to them, why (so we can avoid a repeat if possible) and how we can get them back. I've provided a screenshot to try and help you understand what I am trying to explain. lol

According to Operations, currently the player's troops and the amount of troops in the current national command are normal. There is no upper limit for the command, but if the troops are commanded by the country, the exhaustion of the troops will also cause the troops to be disbanded.

Now, if you are finding your experience to be different from what the information they have provided is, I would probably need an affected player to come forward with screenshots from their perspective, unfortunately.

Thanks MemoryLane. Sadly yes, my experience is different but it is most probably this troop exhaustion that has caused them to disappear. Since Hokuspokus has not been on in over a month and I have no other way to contact him (email, etc), his troops will remain in limbo I guess until they completely vanish from exhaustion. Thank you for trying to help.
