    Game crashes when trying to collect rewards

    On servers S294 and S295: When trying to trade in for the carnival event: the game freezes as soon as I click on the icon to switch to the rewards.

    As soon as I click on the gold chest: the game freezes up, and I have to reload the screen to play.
    This might be related to the bug I filed a ticket on about the server reporting wrongly after moving to H50.
    Server S294 comes up as server S295, and S295 comes up as S296.

      Everyone on these 2 servers seem to be affected, I've talked to others, and so far: they are all experiencing the same thing.
