  • Embedded Page error

    I am experiencing this embedded page error again.

    I found a thread from June of 2020 talking about this same problem but there was no resolution given. It has happened a couple of times over the last 4 years and we are always told to try clearing cache, flushing DNS, or other "our end" fixes.

    I get the error in my browser, through the R2 client, and even on other devices. So it shouldn't be caused by anything wrong on my computer.

    Other guild mates are also experiencing this problem ever since the cross-server guild war on Sunday. Anyone else???

    And I can log in to other servers. Just can't log in to the server I play on. S12/H4

      Due to the Age restriction in this game, I'm not able to log into servers and check if it's an everyone issue or not. The only thing I can advise is to submit a ticket because support can access your account to check your server with. Please be sure to provide a screenshot of the error.

        I already submitted ticket. For some reason, I can't get a screen shot. And if all they want is a shot of the error message, I told them what it says.

        My guild leader is also locked out. I don't know how many others.

          This is the error message I get. I pulled it from a post a few months ago

          I would think that they should have a fix for this already.

            I'm going to ask that you stick to just one thread, and not bump the old ones even if they had the same or a similar issue. I can tell you that the resolution to the past issues was to submit a ticket because the issue had to be fixed by the devs.

            You happened to be the lucky first, and maybe only, one to submit a ticket this time around, so they don't have multiple reports that would suggest it is impacting multiple people and they tend to proceed with normal trouble shooting instructions. I have sent support a reminder that this issue needs to be forwarded to the devs to resolve.
