What could cause a purchase to be declined?

There are many reasons a purchase was declined, although there are a few typical reasons:

-Insufficient funds
-Expired credit card
-High-risk account (previous chargebacks)
-High volume of payment attempts
-Exceeded payment amount limit

2: my credit card is valid dates
3: never done any chargebacks ever on any online game
4/5: how can u exceed payment amount or atttemps when your system doesnt allow me to recharge
