Where is the Hero Interface?

I would like to use some hero chips to grabs some hero's, it indicates use the Hero Interface, but i do not know where this is located. Any assistance's on this topic is greatly appreciated.

Go to Heroes tab at the bottom of your screen - click the hero you want, there you can use the hero chips in the Ascend tab.
