How Do You Redeem Tier General Chips won in event into Actual Hero Chips?

If I understand your question correctly, go to your inventory and "use" them.

To redeem your A- Green Tier; S- Blue Chips ect 1) Click 'Heroes' 2) If you have A- General Tier Chips(Green); Click on any Green Hero you have. Click on "Ascend" 3) Look bit to the top left of 'Activate'... you will see "Exchange" bellow the small portrait of said Hero. Carefully decide how many chips, you will dedicate. I once traded all my chips by accident. Hope this helps, just saw this post today.
