To Rob - 7 Day Event

Could some one please explain how to complete the "To Rob" event on the 7 Day Event achievement.
I have been harvesting the estates but have not received credit for any in this string.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

you need to go to other nations mines that other players are currently mining and snatch from them successfully.

Find a rss tile that an enemy nation is farming click it and it will have a snatch and detect. When you detect it will show you which troops the enemy has farming there and snatch will attempt to rob them.
