  • Moving to the Fourth Age

    I was playing in S110 and our guild leader was leading us to fight the big large city in the middle. When I log in this morning, I cannot log in because it says the server has already move to the fourth age. How do I log in and continue to play? I really like the pace of this game and want to keep playing.

    My character name in S110 is Kai, from Storm Empire.

    If you were already playing on a server, you should be able to continue playing on that server. Please make sure you're on the same account as you were before. If you can't work out which account you were on, or if you're sure it was this account, please contact support at https://www.r2games.com/support with your ingame name and server number so they can help you.

      Thank you for your reply. I have submitted an enquiry on the support page and it says it will reply to me within 3 working days. So the best shot is I will be able to play the game but missed out three days of resources and progress. Well let's see what's gonna happen but thank you for your reply.

        I believe once S1 went from 3rd to 4th age we had a 3 day wait before we could play.....

          Do you remember if it gave you the same message new people will get when trying to join an old server during that wait?

            It's been almost 2 yrs since we passed that pt.....I can't recall but we had that 3 day period of no loggin in.....new ppl did join once we were able to log back on!

              The reason I went the 'correct account' route is because of the join date on the forum account. If I try to join S2 on my account, I get the message telling me to go play a new server, but I entered S1 when that one opened so I can log into that as I please.

              K L Kwong In this case, it's the wrong platform. Support here is for those who play directly through www.r2games.com. If you still can't get into your server on the website you originally played through, then you need to click the Customer Service button at the top of the page on the website you play through and ask for assistance there.
