Can someone please help explain how the War power of a Hero is determined?
For example, in the attached images below comparing two Forest Elder heroes, how is it possible that the Forest Elder who has a lower hero level, lower stars, lower level gear, lower level battle skills, etc. has a higher War power than the other? Thank you so much for any help in explaining this.
