I have full resources (wood, food, silver and iron) but when I go to collect it says unable. What do I need to do to collect?

Hard to tell without seeing a screenshot, if your resources on the resource bar are in the red you may have to upgrade storeroom

you need to have less resources than your warehouse stores to collect

can't collect resources if its full and RED!!!

fields are full, storehouse has plenty of room. click on field and takes me to upgrade screen and won't collect resources
