The state of the game has never been worse, the developers continue to allow high-level players with no loyalty to invade other servers through the transfer function and destroy what the existing nations have spent months building up, total [spreading a word out doesn't make it any less of a profanity]

Players being able to transfer between servers is not a feature that will be changing. You have the option to move as well, or you can wait the invaders out since they generally will move on to the next server.

Although these players do eventually move, their avatars remain in the Arena and continue to take positions that genuine guild mambers can not achieve until they have developed a higher battle level which can take months to achieve, Why are they allowed to stay in the arena of a sever they have long left?

That has not been my experience. When players move on their spots open up. I've been playing over a year now

They do leave arena the gaps they leave are filled with what looks like low-level NPCS easy to move off list. Players do remain in high scores some go some remain. Same with Trials for most stars players who leave remain on the list.
