Does National War mean the siege of City of Darkness, or Paragon Clash?

Hi, I suppose you have found out by now, but anyway.. These Orders are consumed during any city battle that you are involved in. you must use the " Watch " option when clicking on the battle, then the First (left) button will bring you to a list of your troops and the attack queue position they are in.. this updates in real time.. you may use the ' Solo " button to attack the city NPC's, or the " Raid " button to challenge other players who are also attacking.. (from other Nations during City of Death battle) Used to quickly gain points by jumping the Attack Queue, Save them up for any city Battle that you want to end fast, or Gain Position for rewards..
When you run out of Challenge Orders, you may still challenge, but this consumes 50 Jewels (in Game Currency.. the Diamonds earned in Game)
