Brief description of issue - Reached lvl 50 just now and claimed my level 50 reward package and got rewarded with 20 chests from the previous event (sylph shards which cant be used anymore)

Explanation - Hello, im new to wartune reborn and im not sure if this is intended or considered a bug. After reaching level 50 today and claiming the level 50 reward package i got 500 balens and 20 chests from the previous event. what im not sure about is, is this supposed to be or not.

Not a bug as far as i know, ur supposed to lvl up to 50 in the first month since server started, but since we both joined a bit late, i barely made it in the last day, i know u didnt had much time to play. MemoryLane is there any way he can exchange those for the current Warsong Event item?

I sadly used them the moment i got them since i didnt pay attention to the chest name... :/ i realized the chest type after looking at the rewards i got out of them.

Can you please check to see if the Soul Shard Exchange event is currently running on S2 now?

No its not. I think you should extend the duration of the exchange by a week sice some players that lvl up to 50 a bit slower get their lvl50 pack with soul chests when the exchange is already over. Its just not fair for some players, those 40 shards my friend have could've been exchanged for 8M gold which is quite a high amount of gold for the early phase of the game.

however the lvl 50 reward lasts 1 week longer than the level 40 one

Yes, that issue has been resolved. Now we're forwarding that the exchange needs to be active for S2 again, since it is now suppose to run until the end of the lvl 50 event.

Do you know how long it will roughly take until the event gets reactivated on S2 ?

You may want to send in a ticket, let them know you have shards that need to be exchanged.
