Explanation - unable to syntesize fashion cores, when i do it says hero level too low, as on the screenshot provided

Brief description of issue - unable to synth fashion cores. as to solutions im not sure. as far as i know there should be no level requirement to synthesizing these cores.

I don't remember if it's lvl 46 or 50, or if it's something different in Reborn, but there is indeed a minimum level.
