The support team is the worst support I've ever experienced for a game. I've had an issue that's been pending for over a month regarding an error in redeeming a code, but it's obvious r2games doesn't care at all about their player base because communication was lacking, responses were delayed and I was downright ignored, having to submit multiple submissions in order for the support team to keep up with my issue.
The issue never got resolved either. I kept receiving codes that didn't work, for over a month this support team that they either have absolutely no idea what they're doing or they absolutely do not care about the player base. This was an eye-opening experience, I'm glad I'm not wasting my money on a lacking support team. No wonder this game is dying.
