S18 - multiple faults

When I try to access Hot events, the rewards are blank.

When I try to access Timed rewards, the screen freezes.

As both these items are time sensative, its costing me dearly.

You did all the usual things to see if the issue was lag related? Can you grab a screenshot and give me your character name if this is still an issue for you?
