And I gave a valid suggestion, not that anyone bothers.
Please check my next post, this is how they treat players. You may spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on them and you get the finger, while mods make fun of you.

Coming from someone representing R2 that is indeed hilarious. Asking to be "respectful"?So, how exactly is R2 respectful to players?I heard this happens in other R2 titles but what about the absolute lack of response to players in Blade Hunter and all those lies?If you play that game, no matter which server (main ones or partners), good luck trying to reach support or asking for any honest answer regarding the game bugs. What you will get is copy/paste deceiving answers to lead players to believe any of the bugs will be fixed and that any update will come, to make them spend more. Even the small things that GMs could manually fix they ignore.

I am sure some mod/gm will be ready to say that "this thread isn't about it" but well, players can't get answers on support tickets or trying to pm in this forum, so...there isn't really a proper place. If players aren't happy on getting codes on other games, get used to it. The policy here is absolutely ignoring players of their games that aren't giving much money and throw a bunch of promos to make them play (and spend) on new ones, untill they slow down, so they can be treated like c.r.a.p too.

We all heard the "r2 just care about money", "if you don't spend you can't complain", and that seemed to be true years ago, when some cashers got better treatment but in this case, damn, I spent hundreds and got the finger, but hey, maybe that is just pocket money for them and not enough, so you would think that at least the whales got it better, right? Not really, I know a few who spent over $5.000, enough to grab all the recharge rewards in-game and they are ****** off for getting no answer either.

Dear mod, if you find that "crab" (replace b with p) is a offensive word, feel free to censor with "***" or whatever as it is your duty as a mod, just do NOT make fun or ridicule paying customers complaining about a real problem where we spent thousands of dollars on it. If you can't act properly to represent the company and it is too hard to resist the urge to have such a childish behavior, then maybe you aren't fit for the job.

        1. Fix the bugs. All several hundred (thousand?) of them.
        2. Stop treating your customers as simple cash machines. Amazingly enough, if you treat people with respect, you might actually earn some.
        3. Hire more than 1 support person. And make sure that hire is fluent in English.
        4. Respond to tickets with more than an autoreply. Actually follow up on those tickets instead of just waiting for them to expire.
        5. Did I mention fixing the bugs?

        There's a few for ya.

Of course you could just delete this post as well and keep on pretending everything is just peachy keen the way it is.
        What will they break next?

        • received prize code for Winterfrost Legacy and have not been able to redeem it - have tried several times on different days. Code that comes up invalid is "removed" - it's a nice package as far as I can tell and I'd like to be able to use it - what should I do?

Here is your answer: Win codes had an issue, they should be fine after Tuesdays maintenance.

lol it would be nice to see an event that didn't have an 'Issue'

BTW... when is the final round of Summer Games? And all the rewards nobody got?

              • Thank you everyone for participating in the R2Games Swag Surprise! We had a few bumps, but overall we gave away tons of great prizes. We gave away 22,000 game codes, 220 t-shirts, 35 hats, 35 power packs, and 5 iPad minis!

This was our first event like this, so we really appreciate all of the useful feedback on where we could improve. Event descriptions will be clearer, we'll make sure to add another round of QA for functional and context editing, explain any games we couldn't include, etc. Me being available has stopped some major crises from happening, so we got that going for us. Which is nice.

As for the Winterfrost codes, the developers have said that the codes will work after this week's maintenance. We apologize about this but hope you've all kept the codes for Winterfrost. You can review your prizes and codes by clicking "view winning record".

Thank you again! We'll make a post with some of the winners who decide to submit a picture of them with their new R2 Swag! Look out for this and more events in the near future!
