There is an issue with the quests for Monster handbook exploration 11 through 17. They tell you talk to Ronna the adventurer in Starglade to go to Darkmoon island to defeat monsters, but when you talk to Ronna she does not have a option to go to Darkmoon Island.

That is for the 3rd page of monster handbook and it has not been implemented into the game as of now. Please, be patient I'm sure it will be added soon.
