wont load

i just download r2games client and clear the cache before playing cs2, the problem is it wont load or its stop loading on 90%, then i restart, same thing happen stop loading, i switch on google chrome and same thing happen stop loading on certain point ( already done clearing cache on google chrome and mozilla )

I am not experiencing any difficulty logging onto the game. Have you tried any of the following?

1. Did you try another browser besides google chrome?
2. Have you tried restarting your modem and/or computer?
3. Checked to make sure your browser and drives are all up to date?
4. Have you checked the stability of your connection and speed?
5. Have you moved your router/modem recently? Are there too many people connected to your internet that's draining it?
6. Have you spoken to other players and asked them if they're having the same issues?

If you've tried all of the things listed please, file a ticket requesting support. Thank you!

2. i using pocket wifi, the speed is stable
3. adobe ready flash player is up to date
4. same answer on #2
5. im the only one who use the internet
6. cant event play crs2/ cs stuck in loading
