HELP ME !!!!!!!! I recharged $ 49.99 and it does not reach me I have the payment slips

I do not know who else to turn to, the support tells me that they did not receive the full payment and that the bank has already charged me, I also have the payment receipts for today, where can I claim that this is resolved? It never happened to me, before I donated $ 10 with no problems.

I click on "Go to checkout" and I get that I already paid for it.
