    Hello its been six days since I have sent a support ticket about my character, on server [S49]Winterflake Forest named (S49)Splash, about not being able to log them on. The reason being is he is already online even though I closed the browser he was on when i went off the game. I closed all browsers, restarted computer, modem, and router, came back online and (S49)Splash was still online. This is a photo and video that I sent support in an email, can a moderator please bump this issue to the devs so I can play with my character again. The photo shows (S49)Splash sitting in guild station and the video shows me on fresh restart and trying to log into Splash account. I do not give out the password of my accounts to anyone just in case you were wondering if maybe someone else is logged into this character.     Was hoping maintenance would force a logoff on my character but the game already has new events and never went under maintenance.

      Hello there, I'm not sure what could happen first either;
      a) R2 Support resolves the issue for you by processing your ticket.
      b) Next week update for sure will disconnect every online player.

      One thing that might help is you clearing your browser's cache, you can perform this action on any browser by;
      Settings -> Clear browsing data.
