failed to connect

i just change my pc and install new r2 client, and now my character cant log in
cs2
server: s63
ign : llShastll

i just try my other account on cs1 and cs2 (other server ) and its work perfectly normal, can log in w/o problem, only this server and my character cant log in,

cs2 s63 > home page> server select> waiting character to appear > failed to connect
cs2 and cs1 other server home page> server select> waiting character to appear > character select
