Unable to log into my account

My account has been disconnected while I was playing, and I am unable to log in now. I am always greeted by "Lost connection to server" every time I try to enter, and it also seems that my toon is still online, even though I cant log in, which seems to be the problem. It has been online for more than 12 hours now, and I am still unable to log in.
