  • High Ping: Couldn't Play Properly

    Given the game is constantly lag already, sometimes it gets worse reaching 1k - 11k ping out of nowhere despite of having a good connection which results to disconnections during dungeons and events. Please help, it really affects my progress in game. Thanks!

    I'm unable to duplicate the issues you're experiencing. Have you tried clearing your cache? Ensured your connections stability? Have you moved your router/modem recently? Are there too many people connected to your internet that's draining it? Checked to make sure your browser [if you are not using the R2Client] and system drives are all up to date? Have you tried restarting your modem and/or computer?

    If you've tried all of this options, please submit a ticket with support for assistance. There may be an underlying issue resulting in your lag issues and disconnections.
