      Not a good idea. As long as this is not becoming a flame war and no names are being dropped, I believe its productive to continue. You're not telling players to get over AGAIN another unsatisfactorily "resolved" bug the THIRD time are you? I hope not. Started this in the hopes to encourage R2 to step up as sending tickets take forever to process (if they really do).

          Nobody is arguing. We're trying to make enough noise for r2 to realize that they are treating their player base very poorly; particularly the cashers and non-cheaters. r2 is contributing to their own game's demise. Players are leaving en masse due to this. I don't know why r2 is refusing to see this. If enough people complain, maybe they'll change their approach.

            Exactly this. Surely, even Kirigiri would like to see this game (and all other R2 titles) be bug/cheat free and for that to happen, we players need to step up, otherwise, things will just get worse.

            With all that said, I would like to go back to the original purpose of this thread, R2 please update us on the status of this bug. As I have said before, no names are needed (although a prefer a wall of shame if possible), just an "official" word from management that they are taking steps and are already in the process of banning offenders.

              I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there will be no statements from officials. Like players who report via ticket system, moderators do not receive any type of update nor feedback regarding R2's course of action; think of it as a one-way line of communication.

                thats it im leaving, also getting a lawyer for all the cash i used on this stupid company.
                a company who dont do ***, just think cash cash cash opening 100000 servers. lol gl r2 ur be dead in no time and shutted down

                  I keep reporting players who I believe cheated in any way. If people refuses to provide screenshot of their pet window it makes me wonder if they abused the glitch so I go ahead and report them. I never get a response of whatever R2 resolution is, I can confirm players I report are still playing like nothing happened.

                    Thanks rev for confirming that. But I just would like to ask why does R2 even bother to put up a ticket system/support group when its pretty much one way, that's just like a person talking to an inanimate object, that's not even called communication lol. Anway, be warned cashing players. Best to put this in mind whenever you top up, so you don't come QQing in forums when R2 screws you up. Good luck!

                      There can be and are resolves via ticket system, however that does not apply to all cases. R2's support team responds accordingly when a case surrounds your personal account/toon and issues you are experiencing in relation to such. They will not, however, divulge information regarding investigations/courses of action regarding another player, which is the reason why moderators too receive no such feedback.

                        That's why r2 didn't respond to my ticket, when i caught a player trading bots.

                          Just keep reporting them, R2 usually takes a long time to reply a ticket and you won't even know if they took any action towards them. Don't wait with urge for R2 to tell you if they get banned or not, just report and let it go.
