which banner is better Patk or HP banner?

i think HP banner is the way to go for everyone for now as it is scaled by all HP multipliers in soul Ect.. Its the best way for low defense low HP classes to enhance their survival capabilities. Although rogue is an attack based toon if you get 1 hit most the time all the extra attack aint doing much for you unless you survive to use it.
