How exactly does this system work?

You collect these from 120+ dungeons and use them to lvl an npc bond. The npc can be summoned once every 24 hours from what I see for only 5 minutes. You can also get their buff for 30 minutes once per day. Not sure anyone wants to do some detailed guide, but it would be nice.

You get that slight Hp buff or the Hit and damage stats?

Yes Bond is garbage caus of the cost alone but Wargods is quite good if invested in and used properly.

bond system is (all offense) the dumbest excuse for a system at all, its less popular than wunderkind and more expensive than just about every other system currently in cs2 combined. plus it doesnt ACTUALLY do anything useful.

The stats obtained for you are received from the blessing that will last 30 minutes once per day per bond.

They are for the bond. You can summon the bond for a period of time. When it's summoned those are the stats it will have to help assist you in battle.
