where can i find the ice shard? -
Ice, Light, Brilliance and Heart shards can be found in the fragarach dungeon at level 80, Mega Secretonia after killing the boss a box drops with a random chance for 1 of the shards, and ladder. You can also exchange badges at General Krahn for Ice and Brilliance shards.
