[Maintenance Notice] 7/18 Emergency Maintenance Server Update

Dear Heroes of Vidalia,

We will have an emergency maintenance for all servers at 11:00 July 19th GMT+8 (23:00 July 18th PDT), and the servers will be rolled back to 15:00 July 18th GMT+8 (00:00 July 18th PDT). The maintenance will last about 1 hour possibly longer. The emergency maintenance will be to fix the Gift packs containing Stair Coins and Ancient Pixie Upgrade Crystals. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes any players. After the maintenance all players can claim a compensation pack from the Event Master.

Compensation Pack Contents:
Greater Mount Upgrade Token(Bound) x10
Patron Tribute (Bound) x20
Dragon Essence(Bound) x30
Divine Feather(Bound) x20
Super Title Shard (Bound) x10

For those that have recharged or cashed crystals will need to file a ticket with the R2 support team, and they will work with you to get the crystals to you. I suggest going into your purchase history and taking screenshots showing when you recharged or cashed the crystals when you file your tickets. The link to submit a ticket is in my signature for anyone that needs this assistance.

The Hell is this it's already reported few hours after maintenance but you did not call for emergency maintenance and i start my AFK for grinding orders now the *** how do i get those orders? You just made my night completely useless with that useless compensation well played R2! MODS!

I understand your frustrations. We can only notify players when we ourselves are notified. In other news the servers are already back up for you to enjoy, and farm your orders.

Why did you find that necessary to type out? The mod replied legit 20 minutes after the first reply. It's honestly getting annoying - there's only 2 mods (I believe), let them have a life. They can't monitor the CS2 forums 24/7.

I just entered the game after maintenance and when I go to select the character I get erased and I appear to create a new one

I started today. It was already lvl 36 and I lost a whole day is not fair.

I think there should be compensation I lost a whole day

The game went under an emergency maintenance to roll back the servers fixing a major issue. You'll have to create a new character over again. If you recharged you'll need to submit a ticket with R2 for assistance. The link if needed is in my signature.
