Hi, there are many quests can you be more specific about which quest?

It's all quests which require killing certain mobs most worryingly the level cap raising quests we cannot work on, other things seem broken such as:

wraith and blood, guild trial,

Dungeons also broken, bosses not appearing, portals not appearing after boss kills in celestial sky ring, dungeon boss quests for bounty not working.
