I heard the class has several bugs that still need to be sorted out, so it's a better idea not to jump on its release here just yet.

That I do not know. The team will post an official announcement regarding new features when the time comes.

I wonder what happened to the "CS II is not to intended to be the same as CS".

You're more than welcome to quote me, but the least you can do is quote me correctly:

I guess your right reverie, tried the shifter in cs1 and it seems that its shifting skills are a bit bug since it cannot be drag or placed at the afk. How about turning it to a skill tab in csII same as the beast masters familiars health bar since it can be move and at the same time it has that bottons like attack, defend, and passive, changing those choices to abilities would require time but suggesting this might help you figure it out . Also, since the shifter shifts the penalty should be unable to cast its normal skills.

I'm going to leave the bugs to the CS moderator to deal with. If you have suggestions for the class, you may post them in the CS forum.

Can you at least put the correct quote then?

I don't think we've failed to realize anything and yet, here we are... As matter of fact, we've become more aware.

Please read the entire quote, specifically the segment about players wanting what right when they want it, which again ties back into my original response to your suggestion, which I quoted. Points are best pointed out in chronological order, and having already made point A first (my initial response to your suggestion), I wouldn't have expected you to be confused with a follow-up statement. Do you need further clarification? If so, on what?

I don't need any clarifications, especially from you.

One final time in case anyone wasn't able to follow along -

CS and CS2 will have some differences. Not everything from CS will make it into CS2, and not everything that does make it into CS2 will be the same as it is in CS. CS2 is not meant to be a direct mirror of CS1, and in the eyes of the developer, it is a different game, even if most of it is the same.

That just don't make sense to me and to many people apparently. To the developers its a different game when almost all of it is the same. I think we all agree we want cs2 to be different no one is saying to make it identical but your developers are the ones that are soooooooooooooooooo lazy that they just decided to code in all the old systems instead of making new. So lazy in fact that they have coded in things like pet eggs and numerous other nonsense that don't even belong in the game. I mean could the competence of these people be any lower possibly I know I don't see how. I'm thrilled they finally made some good merges. However we still need things advanced like more mounts more wing you know the "FREE" stuff not just another cash system one after the other. I honestly don't want the shifter class in CS2 unlike the original poster from what I hear if someone cashes a shifter you pretty much cant beat it and we don't need that nonsense here. So by all means yes lets make this game different but they aren't doing it.

I'm glad you were able to figure out the point(s) that were actually made.
